Refund and Cancellation Policy

Online Classes:

Full refunds are available if no part of the class has been started. Once a student starts an online class, no refunds are available. A student may, however, apply the tuition to a classroom course wthin six months.

General Policies

Tuition fees:

All tuition fees are due prior to the start of any class.

Time frames:

Once an online class is started, the student has one year in which to complete the course (or a licensee’s renewal date, whichever comes first).
